Personal Experience:

Before June 2019, I weighed 105kg which was an obese size for my age and height. It became a treat to my health and I started looking for ways to lose the extra weight. I started a diet which I have a whole blog post on. Read my weight loss journey here.

At the time I hit a plateau during my diet, I was getting worried and started considering stopping my diet, How ever, I stumbled on articles online that talked about ACV and its benefits. I decided to include Bragg’s ACV into my diet, and to my greatest surprise, I started losing weight again e en more drastically, It helped me stay in ketosis constantly, curbed my appetite, and served as a fat buster so that my liver could produce ketones from old stored fats. Isn’t that amazing?. In addition to that. I finally had a go-to drink in place of soda during my diet. I personally love the taste of diluted Bragg’s acv. And having it as a chilled drink, takes away that sugar drink craving.. it helped me all through the remaining days in my diet and I lost a total of 29kg in 6 months making me come down to 76kg.
Also, I would like to add that before I started using Bragg’s ACV, I had to constantly visit the hospital to treat the typhoid fever, however since I started using Bragg’s ACV, the symptoms reduced and I had no visits to the hospital all through those periods.
